  8. Thanks everyone. Your support makes it all easier, not to mention worthwhile. You are the only ones who would understand I had to make more spun sugar because I didn't have enough. And then, when I had to reheat in microwave - and then burnt it in there when reheating. So now am back to square one, and that is the one you see. I just didn't go for the third time. But it was delicious and we each took some and sprinked it on the individual trifle. My friend, whose Xmas dinner it was, said later she had told her friend it was "the best trifle I have ever eaten!" So thanks to Rose.
